RGW add AppendObject API, you can upload objects to the additional write way.

- Uploaded by AppendObject operation object called appendable object, uploaded by PutObject operation object called normal object
- Already exists for the normal object is AppendObject operation returns an error; PutObject perform operation will overwrite the existing objects appendable object, and the object becomes a normal object type
- appendable object to the peer cluster is synchronized by the multisite, corresponding to the type of the target object becomes normal object, but the source object or appendable object, can still operate AppendObject;
- When version control buckets on or pause, you can not use AppendObject operation on an object storage bins
