OSDA - a protocol to the MIT open source serial port debugging assistant

In fact, the market has a lot of open source serial debugging assistant, but there is no clear a large part of the open source protocol, and partly for personal use only, and therefore prepared a protocol with MIT licensed open source.

• Rts signal / Dtr signal
• Flow Control

Wherein the default configuration for encoding byte UTF-. 8 , flow control None .
