Linux is not the solution rc.local file

1. Setrc-local.service

sudo vim /etc/systemd/system/rc-local.service

[Unit]
 Description=/etc/rc.local Compatibility
 ConditionPathExists=/etc/rc.local

[Service]
 Type=forking
 ExecStart=/etc/rc.local start
 TimeoutSec=0
 StandardOutput=tty
 RemainAfterExit=yes
 SysVStartPriority=99

[Install]
 WantedBy=multi-user.target

2, activationrc-local.service

sudo systemctl enable rc-local.service

3, add the service to start

Manually create or copy an existing /etc/rc.local, and give execute permissions
