2. Select Advanced options for Ubuntu
3, into the Ubuntu recovery mode (recovery mode)
4, in the Recovery Menu select the root into the root shell
5, enter: mount -o remount, rw / (Note: "," No. sides without spaces)
6, edit blacklist.conf (path: /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf) (command: vi /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf)

7, in the last line blacklist.conf plus: blacklist intel_powerclamp
