[MVC] VS2010 install ASP.NET MVC4 cause ASP.NET MVC3 project in question

After had to ASP.NET MVC4 Installer (Visual Studio 2010) is removed, ASP.NET MVC3 also removed after reinstalling ASP.NET MVC3, open the project in VS2010 ASP.NET MVC3 was normal.
