Pip source image modification in the windows environment Method

(1): In the windows file manager, enter% APPDATA%

(2): will be placed on the next new directory, create pip folder in the directory, and then go to pip the new folder inside a file pip.ini

(3): Enter the following in the new pip.ini file, get the file path: "C: \ Users \ Administrator \ AppData \ Roaming \ pip \ pip.ini"
