作为公司的一份子,我也想帮着解决这个问题,那我就去尝试找人了。首先想到的就是带我入门的师傅,到现在还经常交流沟通的菠萝同学。

上周六一通电话聊了个把小时,期间聊了对数据中台的看法,聊了公司的发展,公司的前景,还探讨了市场的缺口。除了公司前景和市场,他不想和我聊太多,他就从一个技术角度出发和我深入探讨了数据中台的概念,以及我们公司现有产品的定位。

这一通聊,仿佛又让我找到了当年他坐我边上教我写代码的场景:疯狂的喷我渣,写的什么垃圾代码,重写……当然我还是在尝试用我知道的东西和他进行探讨。

专从技术角度出发,数据中台的概念我还是出现了偏差,是技术层面的偏差,非主观臆断。事后自己反思的时候也认同这点。师傅还是师傅……

从个人发展角度出发,以我目前的能力,说服客户,成功打单肯定是没有问题的,毕竟打单的目标人群是老板,而非技术。作为销售,目前的销售能力也还过得去。

但他对我说了一句话:“如果我想以后继续在公司内有话语权,能堪大任,这是远远不够的!”我一个抽搐(身体自然反应……)我这样难道还不够优秀吗?我还不能挑担子吗?

是的,这大半年来,我一直在提升自己的销售能力,市场分析能力,ppt、word也得到了极大的锻炼。但是我真正的核心竞争力“技术”似乎没有提升。

作为技术型销售,技术才是核心竞争力,否则和销售的区别是什么?我没有那个时间精力和销售那样去每天维护不同客户的关系。我是依靠专业的技术分析和判断给客户提供实际价值,来驱动、推进公司产品走向市场的。

而作为一名售前,如果在客户现场被对方的技术专家challenge而无法反抗,只能绕来绕去的话,我相信客户老板也是看在眼里的。此时我就是公司的代表,公司的技术代表,产品代表。

电话挂断后,我开始反思自己,反思这大半年来的经历,“我是不是方向偏了?”,“我真的成长了吗?”,“我是不是有点飘了?”

是的,我发现自己有点飘了!有一种创业使我快乐,我是一位拼命的努力的积极向上的90后。

静下心来思考这个问题,不是完全的错了,起码这大半年来,我的销售能力以及作为售前的很多除技术以外的所需的能力都得到了极大的提升。不是完全的没有收获。

只是我现在需要尽快的提升技术视野,技术格局,技术深度。这才能够让我在给客户做方案,协助销售打单的过程中战无不胜。

现在想来,人一旦飘了,很容易在迷失自我的路上越走越远。而我自认为已经相当克制自己的满足欲了,但结果确是早早在无形中产生了这种自我满足,飘飘然了。

幸好在这个关键的节骨眼上,和我的师傅聊了一遭,他对我来说非常的特别,他好几次在我关键的时间点上出现,然后站着喷我。这是非常重要的一个人,能够在你刚刚飘起来,头抬起来的时候,把你摁下去,然后指着你说123,告诉你才多大能耐就想自己飞了?

如果你身边也有这样的朋友,一定要珍惜看,因为他是真的为你好才喷你。试想一下,一句恭维的话只要1分钟,说的你也开心,我也放心,何乐而不为?为什么要吃饱了饭来给你说上一个小时的课,指出你种种的不是?

好在我这个人呢,没其他优点,就是能听劝。对我好的,有帮助的,我都接受,管你是好好和我说, 还是喷我,骂我。我只知道你是为我好,你说的那些都对。

而从这次电话里,我也发现,一个人在一条路上走的久了,是需要停下来,往回看一看的。这个过程真的很重要,自己一个人也好,找一个人也罢,看看过去的自己,走出的那条路,是笔直的吗?还是S型的。

笔直和S型没有好坏,不是说笔直的路那就是完美的,因为S型的路可以让我们成长的更快,遇到的问题越多,收获的经验和经历也就越多。以后说故事的时候也不愁题材不是。

1、不要轻易的飘起来,可能你的那点气,都无法让你离开地面。

2、珍惜身边那些对你说真话的朋友,他们是你前进方向上,上升通道中的key man

3、多总结自己,多回顾过往,多计划将来,多调整计划。
