asp.net mvc how to use $ .load to read the partial page update some way block with ajax

Abstract: asp.net mvc how to use $ .load to read partial page

Recently started in touch mvc, many parts are not very familiar with, now that find answers to self-record it.

First part of a new page

Then controllers in a new action, here is my Home

public ActionResult IntoUp
{
   return PartialView("_PartialLogin");
}

And then view the part of this call

$('#into').load("/Home/IntoUp");

If there is a better way, then please advise.
