php random number principle:

 

The system automatically generates a random number seed (seed mt_srand function can generate their own), the mt_rand first determine whether there is a seed generation, a generation does not automatically, and then generate a random number seed according to.

Generate random numbers 10000-99999 :( study recommended: PHP Programming from entry to the master)

mt_rand(10000,99999);
