In order to reduce Chrome tab context menu clutter, Google decided to delete "Close other tabs" option and other features, as they are not commonly used.
Since 2015, Google Chrome developers expressed the hope to remove some options from the right-click menu tab in order to reduce confusion, because the same function can be performed using different methods. For example, the "re-open a closed tab" operation can be carried out only by the appropriate keyboard Ctrl + Shift + T. These include menu option is "New Tab (New tab)", "close other tabs (Close Other tab)", "Reopen closed tab (Reopen closed tab)" and "Favorite all tabs (Bookmark all tab ). "
