P3373 tree line 2 (multiple labeling segment tree) solution to a problem

Meaning of the questions:

Actions are: plus range, interval ride, ask the summation interval

Ideas:

A set number of \ (m * SUM A + \) , was added becomes \ (m * A + A_2 SUM + \) , multiplication becomes \ (m * A * M_2 M_2 * SUM + \) , so we set up two markers \ (mul \) represents multiplication, \ (the add \) represents Canada, and then transformed as above.
