Purpose:
Enable access to the FTP server on Linux directly download packages
(A) create an FTP server in the service 2016 system, and create a good site and software packages

2, using wget htp: //192.168.109.129/CentOS-7-x86_64-DVD-1708.iso downloaded to the current path
