1, in fact, is to install a root certificate MicrosoftRootCertificateAuthority2011.cer  Download

 

2. Start → Run → MMC

 

3. File → Add or Remove Snap (Ctrl + M)

 

4. Certificates → computer account (the others are kept by default, unlimited next step)

 

 

 

 

5.
