First webStorm I was under the 2018.3.3 version, cracked under the package are: JetbrainsIdesCrack-4.2-release-sha1-3323d5d0b82e716609808090d3dc7cb3198b8c4b.jar

The first step: to throw down a good jar package under webStorm bin directory:
Step two: namely webstorm.exe.vmoptions and webstorm64.exe.vmoptions two files in the bin directory of webStorm's just thrown together with a jar full path:
-javaagent:C:\developInstallLocation\WebStorm 2018.3.3\bin\JetbrainsIdesCrack-4.2-release-sha1-3323d5d0b82e716609808090d3dc7cb3198b8c4b.jar
The third step: to find the host file of the machine, add two lines of this:
0.0.0.0 account.jetbrains.com 0.0.0.0 www.jetbrains.com
The third step: opening webStorm, enter the activation code in the box, jar just enter the package path:
