In the Start menu, select "Run"
or shortcut key "windows key + R"
Enter regedit.exe in the command window, open the registry
navigate to the following node in the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ NET Framework Setup \ NDP
installed before .NET Framework are listed in the directory NDP
for the .NET Framework version 4.5 or later to view the method
as described above to open the registry and navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ NET Framework Setup \ NDP \ v4 \ Full
Without Full node, then that is not installed 4.5 or later
