This article is the official website to download the plug by Spring follows, then poured into Eclipse.
1. Check the version number of your own Eclipse, Help -> About Eclipse.
2. From the official website to download the plug-in package https://spring.io/tools3/sts/all/ , find STS corresponds to the version according to your version of Eclipse.
Official website can be directly downloaded Zip file, but that does not correspond to the Eclipse spring boot plug-ins. Ending updatesite.zip need to download the compressed file. Methods as below:
- Find STS Download: as https://download.springsource.com/release/ STS /3.9.5.RELEASE/ dist /e4.8/ the Spring-Tool-Suite -3.9.5.RELEASE-e4.8.0- Win32- x86_64.zip
(1)、STS --> TOOLS/update
(2), dist deleted
(3)、spring-tool-suite --> springsource-tool-suite
(4)、win32-x86_64.zip --> updatesite.zip
After modifying the browser path and press Enter to start downloading plug-ins.
3. Install the plug-in
Eclipse --》Help--> Install new software.
Next-->Next-->同意，Finish。
After installation is complete, restart Eclipse.
