1. install android studio , in startup sdkmanage install 4.0 and above sdk
2.as -settings-build,execetion,development-instant run- uncheked
3.connect device open usb debugging ,
4. add C:\Users\lanren\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk into user path or sys path
5. add C:\Users\lanren\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\platform-tools into user path the path
6.restart cmder
7.adb tcppip 5555
8.disconnect usb then adb connect 192.16.31.223:5555 (your phone ip:port)
9.react-native init project (not in c:\\System32 or other directory that has no permission)
10. cd project
11.react-native run-android if not success please close cmder and run it again
12.you need the shadowsocks or other over the wall tools, don't be stingy
