RIR (Regional Internet Registry)
Now there are five RIR global institutions
1.RIPE (Reseaux IP Europeans) the European IP address registry - services in Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia;
2.LACNIC (Lation American and Caribbean Internet Address Registry) Latin America and the Caribbean Internet address registry - services in central and South America and the Caribbean;
3.ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numvers) US Internet number registries - services in North America and parts of the Caribbean;
4.AFRINIC (Africa Network information Centre) African network information Center - service in Africa;
5.APNIC (Asia Pacific network information Centre) address the Asia-Pacific network information Center - to serve the countries in Asia and the Pacific.
