Problem Cause: The assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference (eventually found inconsistent Antlr3.Runtime version)
Solution:
1) In the Tools ---> Nuget Package Manager - NuGet Programs> Administrative Solutions package
2) to find 
the corresponding program modules, updated version Antlr3.Runtime
3) Since I have the latest version, so I uninstalled after reinstalling
