github repository using the new manuals

1. Account register themselves, no longer tired.
2. After login with your account, there should be a New Home button, click
   
3. Then in the new warehouse page:
   • The warehouse name red asterisk required, fill out
   • Description Information optional description.
   • public by default, that is, your code will be open, everyone can access. Privae is private, chose this, only visible to you, of course you have to pay to use this feature.
   • 勾选Initialize this repository with a README
   • Click Create repository button, you can create.

4. Then the page will jump to the newly built warehouse page, as shown below:
   

5. There is only one README.md file, you can make the appropriate changes.

6. In the above bottom of the page, click Submit changes. README.md file your return, you can see just changed.
