133 and 135 on the service node has stopped

Diagnosis of deep problems: there are three nodes in HBase two nodes to access the service stopped, but did not stop Eureka and services be removed from the list of services, leading to still send a request to stop the service;
Solution: Configure Hystrix blown service, when after a timeout request to the business services, business services Hystrix will be removed from the list of services Eureka, the new request will not issue business services;
