Common parameter settings of the inverter (Ku Kim Jin-author)

Each parameter setting function:

FIG P00 apparent from the above frequency control, i.e., the inverter output frequency is controlled to change the motor speed.

When P00 is set to 0, the output frequency is controlled by the size of the drive knob.

When P00 is set to 1, the output frequency is to achieve control of the size of the GND in the inverter by changing the M2 ~ M5 port on the drive.

Tests are summarized as follows:

3, when P00 is set to 0, when P01 is set to 2 when M1 is less then GND, regardless of whether when M0 with GND, the motor is transferred.

When M1 M0 connected with GND and GND not less motor reversal. When the M0, M1 with GND, the motor is stopped. By twisting the knob on the inverter, the output frequency of the inverter changes, so as to effect a change in the motor speed.

 

4, when P00 is set to 1, P01 is set to 0, and to achieve short GND in each case on the drive control by the drive M2 ~ M5 port specific section is selected from a selected frequency operation, forward rotation of the motor, reverse and stopped by the terminals M0 M1 with GND achieve control.

 

5, is set to 1 when the P00, P01 is set to 1, by controlling the opening and M2 ~ M5 GND short in each case on the drive section of the drive is selected from a selected specific frequency operation, when M0 and the GND short when the rotation motor is connected, as M0, M1 contact with not less than GND, the motor is stopped, when the motor M1 and GND in reverse. 6, when P00 is set to 1, P01 is set to 2, the inverter section is selected to achieve a selected operating frequency with a specific short in each case on the drive GND via the control port M2 ~ M5, M1 and GND when not when short, regardless of whether when M0 with GND, the motor is transferred. 7, when P00 is set to 2, P01 is set to 0, the output magnitude of frequency control is achieved by adding the drive operation panel, minus button, in the case where a certain output frequency, pressing on the forward drive panel for reversing the motor when the motor forward rotation button when the stop button is pressed on the drive panel, the motor stops rotating, pressing the reverse button on the drive panel.

9, is set to 2 when the P00, P01 is set to 2, the size of the output frequency is obtained by adding the operation panel on the drive, to achieve control minus button, when M1 is less then GND, and GND regardless of whether M0 when shorted, motor forward. When M1 M0 connected with GND and GND not less reversing the motor when the M0, M1 with GND, the motor is stopped.

 

Note: 1, when P01 is set to 2, after setting all the parameters, start the motor could not move, when you look at the chaos broke off when M0, M1 with GND, press start reversing will be able to open above normal work from when P01 is set to 2 in exchange for other parameters as well.

            2, when P01 is set to 2:00, the M5 is running normal and should be shorted to GND.
