Right there is no option to create a new word

Two types of solutions

One,

 1. Create a txt text, and insert the following:

2. Rename the text document, the document suffix ".txt" changed to ".reg"

3. Double-click the file to change the run, refresh the page to complete After running

two,

1. Click Start → Run → type "regedit" → Enter

2.  pop-up the Registry Editor, expand

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Discardable\PostSetup

3. Click ShellNew folder, select Classes in the right window

4. Double-Classes string edit, copy and paste into the following characters, and then click OK;

.docx
.xlsx
.pptx
.rar
.txt
.zip
Folder

5. Close the Registry Editor, press F5 to refresh the desktop, Over!
