First download BO Session Kill Tool   Download

Unzip the downloaded file folder after KillSession to the webapps folder under the tomcat installation directory of your BO.

Then from (C: \ Program Files \ Business Objects \ Tomcat55 \ webapps \ CmcAppActions \ WEB-INF \ lib) copy all the files to

C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Tomcat55\webapps\KillSession\WEB-INF\lib

Restart Tomcat

http: // your server : 8080 / KillSession

Then you understand.
