MySQL installation is not responding to the last step
The first method:
Open the C drive, and Show hidden files, then you will find in the C drive in a folder called "ProgamData", open it, delete inside the "mysql" folder, then re-install mysql on it
The second method:

2. Then find the MySQL folder on the local hard disk
3. Open the bin directory
4. Right Properties MySQLInstanceConfig.exe

Open the installation directory \ MySQL \ MySQL Server 5.5 \ bin find MySQLInstanceConfig.exe
right-click Properties - Compatibility - Check run in compatibility mode, select XP Service Pack3
Run directly MySQLInstanceConfig.exe (may need to run as administrator)
5. Follow your normal installation options to configure

The third way:
Computer MySQL has been installed on, but not completely uninstall a clean (or clean uninstall did not restart the computer) sake.
If this happens, it is recommended to uninstall MySQL, and check MySQL安装目录, C:/Program Files, C:/Windowspositions, such as whether there are residual traces of the MySQL installation
再运行regedit命令，进入注册表，按Ctrl+F，输入MySQL，并勾选[全字匹配]，查找是否残留有MySQL的相关注册表痕迹；如果存在残留，就将其删除。
在MySQL的历史痕迹彻底清理干净之后(最好重启电脑)，然后再重新安装MySQL即可。
我就是第三种方式，成功了，前二种都试过不起作用
