Automatic indexing SQL script maintenance plan

Script features:

1, query the database, the fragmentation rate of more than 5% (the official recommended), there is some data in the index table.

2, if the debris ratio of 5% <fragmentation of <= 30% perform reorganizing an index. If more than 30%, the implementation of reconstruction index
