(A) view the style
in WPF common controls have a default custom style, you can not be viewed directly in Visual Studio, but can be viewed by the template in Blend for Visual Studio. As follows: (1) found in the "Objects and Timeline" panel, find the appropriate controls, right-click to open the context menu, click Edit Template> Edit copy. 
(2) select the style name (keywords) and defined position. In the "Name (keyword)", if the first row is selected, the custom style containing x: Key attributes; if the second row is selected, there is no key, will automatically apply styles specified Type. In the "definition of position" in the first line "Application" means that the style will put app.xaml, the second row into the current xaml document; the third line represents the custom resource dictionaries
(3) Click OK after generation a corresponding style, the style is also included ControlTemplate. This is you can change yourself up.
