Following the previous OU redirect, now you can configure computer policy for this OU.
Server Manager - Tools - Group Policy Management, select the OU right "Create a GPO in this domain, and Link it here."

New "local group" and "corp \ sccmadmin" added "administrators (built-in)" in this policy can add sccmadmin user to the local administrators group

Add three inbound rule, respectively,
