由于公司服务器不能连接公网，导致在服务器上安装logstash插件时出现了些问题。
在此记录下离线安装logstash插件的解决方式，供大家参考。View a list of installed plug-Logstash
./bin/logstash-plugin list
Export offline plug-in package
以 logstash-output-webhdfs 插件为例， 在安装过插件的服务器上，进入logstash目录执行如下命令：
./bin/logstash-plugin prepare-offline-pack logstash-output-webhdfs
执行完毕后再当前目录下生成 logstash-offline-plugins-*.zip 文件，该文件就是离线插件包Offline installation
把离线插件传输到需要安装的服务器上，进入logstash目录执行如下命令：
./bin/logstash-plugin install logstash-offline-plugins-*.zip
执行完成后即可完成插件的离线安装。
