One of the problems actually encountered:
when updating function, process directly stuck, probably because the function is invoked by another session,
nonrenewable caused.
First, isolated session_id:
SELECT session_id from V $ locked_object;
then isolated according to the corresponding session ID
the SELECT SID, Serial #, username, OSUSER the FROM WHERE V $ session SID = 142;
exterminate the relevant session in the database:
ALTER System kill session 'sid, serial #' ; - sid and serial # to find out the first step of the data
