命令行输入 pip install cv2 时报错 ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement cv2 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for cv2
The reason is that the package is not called CV2 cv2 but called opencv-python
Command replaced pip install opencv-python on it
