1.1.1 garbage problem
实现编码过程中，一般选择开发工具默认的字符格式，如在Eclipse写代码用utf-8字符格式，在Dreamweaver中默认格式为改变gb2312，使用Dreamweaver页面美化，之后测试会出现乱码问题；有时候，开发工具保持统一字符格式，也会因为服务器原因，控制台报错，通常向mysql数据库表中添加数据会遇到麻烦，字符编码乱码问题一度困扰我们，今天首先对系统出现的问题有初步了解，以便分派明天的任务。
