In order to use Codebook software (hereinafter referred to as “this software”) and services, you must carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially those exempting or limiting liability.   1. [Installation and Unloading of Software]

4.1.5 When using this software and service, users shall bear the following risks which are beyond the control of Codebook, including but not limited to:

4.1.5.1 Risks of personal information loss and leakage due to irresistible factors;

4.1.5.2 Users must choose the software version that matches the installed mobile phone. Otherwise, any problems or damages caused by the mismatch between the software and the mobile phone model will be borne by the users themselves.

4.1.5.3 When users use this software to visit third-party websites, the risks that may arise from third-party websites and related content shall be borne by users themselves.

4.1.5.4 The content published by users is forwarded and shared by others, so the risks and responsibilities that may be brought about by such dissemination.

4.1.5.5 The risks of Codebook login failure, incomplete data synchronization and slow page opening are caused by unstable wireless network signals and small wireless network bandwidth.

4.1.6 When users use the software or require Codebook to provide specific services, the software may call a third party system or support users’use or access through a third party. The results of use or access are provided by the third party. Codebook does not guarantee the security, accuracy, validity and other uncertain risks of providing services and content through a third party. Codebook is not liable for any disputes or damages that have nothing to do with Codebook.
4.2 [Software Usage Specification]

Unless permitted by law or written by Codebook, you may not engage in the following acts in the use of this software:

4.2.1 Delete the copyright information on this software and its copies;

4.2.2 Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation of the software, or other ways to try to find the source code of the software;

4.2.3 To use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish and set up mirror sites for the content of Codebook’s intellectual property rights.

4.2.4 Copy, modify, add, delete, hook, run or create any derivative works of the software or the data released into the memory of any terminal during the operation of the software, the interactive data between client and server during the operation of the software, and the system data necessary for the operation of the software, including, but not limited to, the use of plug-ins, plug-ins or non-Codebook scripts. 4.2.5 By modifying or forging instructions and data in the operation of software, to increase, delete or change the function or effect of the software, or to operate or disseminate the software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, whether or not they are for commercial purposes;

4.2.6 Develop, authorize third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, systems through non-Codebook, log in or use Codebook software and services, or make, publish and disseminate the above tools;

4.2.8 Other acts not expressly authorized by Codebook.

4.3 [Responsibility for their own actions]

Codebook cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.

4.4 [Disposal of Breach of Contract]

4.4.1 If Codebook finds or receives reports or complaints from other users of violations of this Agreement, Codebook has the right to delete or block relevant contents at any time without notice, and to impose penalties on irregular accounts, including but not limited to warning, restricting or prohibiting the use of some or all functions, account closure until cancellation, and to announce the results of processing.

4.4.2 You understand and agree that Codebook has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement according to reasonable judgement, to take appropriate legal action against any users who violate laws and regulations, and to keep relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations, etc. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom alone.

4.4.3 You understand and agree that you shall be independently liable for any claim, claim or loss claimed by a third party as a result of your violation of the provisions of this Agreement or the relevant terms of service; you shall also indemnify Codebook for any loss incurred as a result.

5.2 You may not make, publish, use or disseminate malicious programs for stealing Codebook accounts and other people’s personal information and property.

5.3 Maintaining software security and normal use is the common responsibility of Codebook and you. Codebook will take the necessary technical measures to protect the information and data security of your terminal devices reasonably and prudently in accordance with industry standards, but you acknowledge and agree that Codebook can not provide complete guarantee for this.

  1. [Other]

You use this software as if you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. Codebook has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement if necessary. You can refer to the terms of the agreement in the latest version of this software. If you continue to use this software after the terms of this Agreement have been changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using this software.
