Writing project today, when there vscode read or notepad ++, or even Notepad, open no problem.

But read the file stream output by vs time, is garbled.
Tested, direct output Chinese, there is no problem.

Open the corresponding file Notepad.
Then, Save As, find the file encoding, if it is changed to UTF-8 on ANSII. vice versa.
