SQL Server Configuration Manager "remote procedure call failed" to solve the problem

The following error:

Since the SQLServer2008 installed on the server, and then install the VS2015

Solution one:

Because the default installation VS2015 [Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Express LocalDB] is also installed on together

As long as the control panel to uninstall the above.

Similarly, more than VS2012 are basically similar, corresponding to the [Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express LocalDB], but not so new version of it.

However, some computers even after uninstalling is not acceptable. Please try Option II

Solution two:

Ibid., After tests found installed VS2015, in addition to the extra mentioned above, but also more than a [Microsoft SQL Server 2016 LocalDB], the same, just uninstall it, the problem is solved. Finally we found that as long as LocalDB of all deleted.

Finally, successful resolution.
