1. Log on SQL Server 2008 database client, you first need to start SQL Server Agent, the service can not run if you do not start a new job.
2. Click Management - Maintenance Plan - right-click the Maintenance Plan Wizard
3. escape from the "Maintenance Plan Wizard" dialog box, click "Next"
4. Fill out the good name and a description, click on "change" to set maintenance plan
4. Select the plan type, frequency.
Time, daily, weekly, monthly backup time can be developed according to your respective needs, set up click OK
5. Select one or more maintenance plan task, as shown here, I choose "Backup database (full, differential, transaction log)", click "Next"
6. Select a database that database to be backed up, and then click "OK"

Select the directory to store the backup database, check the "Verify backup integrity" click "Next"
