Ali accelerate the use of cloud Docker For Windows

1, Ali cloud into the container mirror service, find a mirror image of the accelerator center.
https://cr.console.aliyun.com/cn-hangzhou/instances/mirrors

2, enter the Docker For Windows Setting, find Daemon, switch the setting switch to Advanced, Ali cloud accelerate your address filled in, and Apply to.
