Later found the cause to find a bit online,
The basic reason is that Kafka's lib packages and plug-ins are added to the package inside ClassPath
The two places have Kafka-Client jar package, if there is a different version of the above will happen.
Even behind the need to put all but one version of the jar package in order to start up the machine.
