Error message:
Discovery run cmd, ping the domain name when prompted to find the host name, ping IP address but is no problem, so guess solved the problem, perhaps to solve the problem can not be resolved svn url address.
Found through an online search for information, which may be dns cache problem by:
1, in the cmd window, type ipconfig / flushdns command, releasing the DNS cache
2, in cmd window, enter netsh winsock reset command to reset the Winsock directory
Then ping the domain name, get!
