Octal and hexadecimal and decimal conversion

Binary, octal, hexadecimal and decimal carry different name suggests is different:

In case of a decimal decimal, 10, 19 + 9 + 1 = 1 + 1 = 200 = 20,199. Before an after a same number of times, for example 11, a representative of the former 10, the latter is 1.

In case of a octal octal, 7 + 1 = 10, 17 + 1 = 20, 27 + 1 = 30. After a number is the same as before an eight times, for example 11, 8 represents the former, the latter is 1;

It is converted to the metric: 11 (octal) = 1 * 8 + 1 = 9 (decimal), 23 (octal) = 2 * 8 + 3 = 19 (decimal)

Decimal transducer octal: 129/8 = 16 1,16 I / I 0 2 = 8, so as octal 201 (Verification: 8 * 8 * 2 + 1 = 129)
