NG Bootstrap 4.2.0 release, Bootstrap integration of Angular

NG Bootstrap 4.2.0 has been released, NG Bootstrap instruction set is based on Bootstrap CSS framework Angular development, it is designed for Bootstrap 4 Angular components developed by  ui-bootstrap  the build team.
