第二是对传统生产模式的改变!

传统的生产模式早在80年代的时候是OEM的方式,也就是贴牌。比如说大的汽车企业,不可能方向盘、车轱辘、轮胎都自己生产,所以找一些中小企业生产零配件,这样可以化解投资压力,降低管理难度,减少风险。

第三是创新模式的改变!

以前的创新是政府主导各种创新,投入很多资本,现在这种模式要改变,但政府主导有局限性,很多技术有不确定性。创新还是以企业为主体,工业4.0明确提出了新的创新模式,政府的共性技术,搭建行业平台。与之前的工业革命相反,这次革命正以指数而非线性的速度发展!它不仅改变着我们要做‘什么’和‘怎么做’,也在改变着我们是谁?
