The China Cyber Security Industry Alliance (CCIA) released the report "The Threat and Destruction of the United States to Global Cyberspace Security and Development" to expose the United States' hegemonic and bullying behavior in cyberspace.
The "Report" is based on the professional perspective of cybersecurity and uses empirical analysis to closely track the specific behaviors of the United States that threaten and damage global cyberspace security and development. It combines government departments, global cybersecurity companies, research institutions and news media in recent years. The released report comprehensively analyzes the analysis process and research results of all parties, and systematically analyzes the serious threats and damage caused by the United States to global cyberspace security and development, as well as world peace and stability, and the civilization and progress of human society.
The "Report" is divided into six articles based on behavior and time lines, which mainly include the United States' use of Internet penetration to subvert the regime of other countries, implementation of indiscriminate network surveillance and secret theft, cyber attacks and deterrence against other countries, provocation of cyberspace arms race, and political abuse. Means include disrupting the global industrial and supply chains and undermining the rules and order of cyberspace.
The conclusion of the report pointed out that cyberspace is a common activity space for mankind, and all countries share weal and woe in cyberspace and their destinies are closely linked. Building and maintaining a peaceful, secure, open, cooperative, and orderly cyberspace is the common expectation and good wish of human society.
However, the United States maintains cyber hegemony by any means and regardless of the consequences, unilaterally pursues its own "absolute security" at the expense of the security of other countries, and has even embarked on the path of destroying and dividing cyberspace. The various evil deeds of the United States in cyberspace have hindered the development and progress of the digital world and run counter to the trend of the times. They should be openly condemned and strongly opposed by the international community.
