Amid economic worries, 59% of companies have frozen the recruitment of technical personnel, but emerging technology fields have become the new favorite for recruitment.

The 2023 State of Technology Talent Report is published by the Linux Foundation to help organizations understand current and future technology staffing requirements and the skills their teams will need. The report is based on a global survey of more than 400 hiring managers and people professionals from organizations of varying industries and sizes.
