vmware virtual machine cannot connect to the Internet after setting static IP

Today, I set a static IP on the vmware virtual machine. After setting the static IP, I cannot connect to the Internet (ping), and SecureCRT cannot connect to the virtual machine.

There is no problem with the network card parameter configuration, but it fails to connect to the Internet and cannot ping the website.

Unknown names and services were displayed, and I began to think that there was something wrong with the network management and DNS configuration. After repeated inspections, no problems were found.

After searching on the Internet, I found out that the vmware virtual machine uses dhcp mode to allocate IP by default.


In the DHCP settings here, use the local DHCP service to assign IP addresses to virtual machines is always checked. It needs to be turned off, as shown in the picture below.
