Paper reference standards

Specifications for writing references

According to the national standard GB 3469, the following reference types are identified in single letters:

Proceedings newspaper article Journal articles Thesis Report standard patent compilation Reference tools
C N J D R S P G K

For other unspecified document types, it is recommended to use the single letter "Z"

For references of electronic document types such as databases, computer programs, and electronic bulletin boards, it is recommended to use the following two letters as symbols:

database Computer program Electronic announcement
DB CP EB

For electronic documents on non-paper carriers, when cited as references, the carrier type must also be indicated in the reference type mark. This specification recommends using two letters to indicate the type of electronic document carrier: magnetic tape (magnetic tape) - MT, disk (disk) - DK, optical disk (CD-ROM) - CD, online network (online) - OL, and [Document type flag/carrier type flag] indicates the reference type flag including the document carrier type.

Formatting the reference list after sequential coding

References are listed at the end of the text in the order they appear in the text, with "References:" (top left column) as the mark on the table; references after the English article are marked with "References:" (top left column); The serial number of the reference should be in the top left column and expressed with numbers and square brackets, such as [1], [2], ..., to be consistent with the serial number format in the text. Each document corresponds to only one serial number; when the document title and other contents are the same but only the page number is different, the page number can be written after the indicated serial number in the text. Referring to ISO 690 and ISO 690-2, each reference entry ends with "."
