Two: I personally suggest that if the data is not very important, there is no need to use EasyRecovery Professional, because using this software to recover larger files is generally more time-consuming. EasyRecovery Professional can help recover lost data and rebuild file systems.
Three: If you find that you have accidentally deleted files or formatted the hard disk by mistake, remember not to perform new read or write operations on the partition or hard disk to be repaired (the data is likely to be overwritten), because this will This results in increased difficulty in data recovery or incomplete data recovery.
Steps/Methods
1. Start EasyRecovery Professional and enter the main interface of the software. Select the data repair item and the interface as shown in the figure will appear. You can choose the application according to your needs.
2. Select any data repair method on the right side and corresponding usage prompts will appear. For example, when I use the (Delete Recovery) item to find and recover deleted files, corresponding usage prompts will appear on the right side of the interface.
3. Select the drive where the files you want to recover are located to scan. You can also directly enter the file name or wildcard under the file filter to quickly find a certain file or type of file. If you want to perform a more thorough scan of the partition, you can check the "Full Scan" option.
4. After scanning, all the files and folders you have deleted will be displayed. All you need now is to patiently search and check, because the names of the folders and the locations of the files will change, so you should look carefully at this time.
5. If you are not sure whether the file is what you want to recover, you can use the view file command to view the file content (this will make it easy to know whether the file is the file you need to recover)
6. After selecting the files to be recovered, it will prompt you to select a logical drive to save the recovered files, which should exist on other partitions. Therefore, it is best to prepare a large-capacity mobile hard disk. This is especially important when a partition is formatted by mistake (be sure to remember this when using it)
7. After clicking Next to scan, a recovery summary will appear. You can print it out or save it as a file (you can choose the application flexibly)
8. When you want to exit after the recovery is completed, it will pop up the dialog box to save the recovery status. If you save it, you can continue the previous recovery by executing the EasyRecovery Professional command the next time you run EasyRecovery Professional. This is useful when not all recovery work has been done
Precautions
First of all, the key to improving the success rate of recovering accidentally deleted files is: be sure not to write new data to the partition where the file was originally stored. As we all know, although a file is completely deleted in Windows, the file does not disappear on the disk. It is just marked as a writable file in the place where the file was originally stored. Therefore, if a new file is written after deleting the file, data, it may occupy the location of the original file and affect the success rate of recovery.
Secondly, don't be happy too early. I was really excited when I saw the lost file name appearing in front of me again. However, when I opened some files, I realized that they were actually garbled characters, especially the documents. It was obvious that the file size was not 0 and the file name was intact. I thought The file could be completely restored, but when I opened it again, it turned out to be a bunch of garbled characters, which really made me want to cry. Therefore, I would like to remind everyone that you must verify the identity of the recovered files one by one before proceeding with the recovery operation, otherwise it will be difficult to do the recovery again.
In addition, be sure not to perform new tasks on the target partition. This is easy to understand conceptually, but not so easy to do in practice. Because Windows will generate more or less temporary files in each partition, and it also has the function of automatically scanning partitions at startup. If the settings are improper or the operation is not careful, new files may have been written without you even knowing it. Therefore, do not perform unnecessary operations on the computer (including restarting) before confirming that the file has been completely restored. Especially when you find that you have accidentally deleted a file and must install recovery software, be sure not to install the recovery software on the partition where the recovered file is located. For example, what you want to recover is
accidentally deleted data in the C drive, and the default path when installing the software is also the C drive. If you press Enter all the way to install, you may regret it. My experience in using EasyRecovery Professional is limited. I hope everyone can communicate and learn more. Haha.
