Method 1: Create a new document - click "Insert" - click "Object" - click the inverted triangle in the selection - then select "Text in File" - find the corresponding document
The specific operation interface is as shown below. 
This method will cause slight changes in the format.
Method 2: Save the edited file as
The file type must be selected *.xml
After saving it, it looks like this
Select "Notepad" to open with
After opening the file, select "Edit" - "Replace"
Replace "Protection" with " space"
After replacement, you can save the document in Notepad as
I personally tested the second method without garbled characters at all.
