1. Open the time and language in Windows settings
2. Open other date, time and regional settings below the region
3. Click to change the date, time or number format. Switch to management
4. Click Change System Regional Settings to cancel Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 to provide global language support.
Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
