[Virtual Machine] Content copied from Windows host cannot be pasted to Ubuntu virtual machine

The method is to reinstall the virtual machine components, first uninstall open-vm-tools

sudo apt autoremove open-vm-tools

Reinstall open-vm-tools 

sudo apt install open-vm-tools

Then install it  

sudo apt install open-vm-tools-desktop

Finally enter the command (remember to hit Enter to end). If the content copied by Windows still cannot be pasted into the virtual machine, it is recommended to try restarting the virtual machine.
